About OpsPilot Review
A simple tool to help small software teams understand their AWS bill and spot patterns worth a closer look.
What it does
OpsPilot Review analyzes AWS billing CSV files you provide and shows cost summaries by service, month-to-month comparisons, review findings, and CSV and Print/PDF exports.
Billing data only
This version reads the CSV you provide. It does not connect to AWS, use your credentials, or inspect live infrastructure.
How your file is handled
Your file is read and analyzed inside your browser. The app's code does not upload it to a server, database or AI service, and results are kept only in memory until you refresh or close the tab. The page itself loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Lovable's hosting, which may keep standard web-server logs; neither receives your file contents.
Do not upload secrets
Please do not upload passwords, access keys, tokens or other secrets. A billing CSV does not need them.
No savings estimates
We don't guess how much you could save. Real savings depend on details that a billing file doesn't contain.
Not a security scan
No security checks are performed.
High spend or a rise is not waste
A large or growing cost may simply be your main workload or business growth. Findings are prompts for review, not conclusions.
Results depend on your data
Results depend on the uploaded file and the cost column selected. Rows with missing service names or invalid costs are skipped and reported. Invalid costs are never treated as zero. One cost column (net unblended, unblended or blended) is used throughout and shown on every page. Credits, refunds, discounts, taxes and adjustments in the file are kept in totals. Different currencies are never added together; without a currency column, USD is assumed.
How to get your billing CSV
- Sign in to the AWS console and open Billing and Cost Management.
- Open Cost Explorer, group by Service, and click Download as CSV — or use a Cost and Usage Report file.
- Drop that file on the Dashboard here.
